"Amazing experience"

Hotel is really specious and our room with balcony was massive so this was really nice. Pool is huge and really clean, nice set up. Breakfast was really generous and during weekend was buffet so we didn't have to order only set meal.

This was one of the most comfortable rooms we've booked during our whole trip through the Philipines! The beds were very comfortable, A/C was working perfectly (scilent, well regulated and didn't blow directly at your bed - so you don't catch a cold), the pool was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Charms is a great place. Decent location and nice rooms to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but it's nice enough. You don't need more than some eggs, toast, fruit and of course, coffee, which is all there. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to most of the restaurants, bars and massage parlours from Charms. The WiFi was mostly decent - there was one VERY fast connection. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Lovely, helpful staff, amazingly quick laundry service, nice pool, located on edge of town (but near Macdonalds - hooray) and away from manic ness of centre. Tuk tuk drivers always available from opposite hotel - we used JR (real name Simeon) who was fabulously helpful and provided the best service ever- he made our stay in Coron as good as it was - would definitely recommend using him and his English is excellent

"Nice hotel with space for improvements"

It was my second stay at Charms hotel. The communication with the hotel before my arrival was very nice. The hotel is nice, but there would be place for improvement. The lady at the reception was very helpful. I like that the hotel is situated outside of Coron, because I don`t like the city

The following are commendable:- accommodating staff especially Denton- strong water pressure- sumptuous breakfast buffet- great location (near town proper and McDo but away from the main road where traffic noise is expected)- clean pool

Amazing time here at Charms. Staff made it very easy, they’re such lovely people. Welcomed us and helped with everything

"Wonderful"

nice pool, we appreciated the separate toilet from the shower in the room. Nice staff around the pool and in the restaurant. At the beginning we had problems with a room but really big thank you to manager Rona, she solved it.
